Emmanuel Olufemi John is a seasoned finance and risk management professional with over two decades of experience spanning banking, consulting, audit, and corporate finance. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2016) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (2014), he combines strong technical expertise with hands-on leadership in financial advisory, audit, taxation, and corporate governance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan (2011) and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology (1998). Emmanuel has also undertaken various professional trainings, strengthening his expertise in compliance, risk management, and corporate strategy.

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in leading financial institutions including Global Bank Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc, and Keystone Bank Limited, where he rose to the position of Director of Finance. His extensive banking background equipped him with strong skills in treasury operations, relationship management, financial reporting, and business growth strategies.

Since transitioning into consultancy, Emmanuel has provided services to both private and public sector clients, including the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI), Mining Cadastre Office, Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists, NNPC, and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). His work has covered statutory audits, compliance reviews, debt reconciliation, project monitoring, and financial advisory, often serving in supervisory and quality assurance roles.

Currently, Emmanuel serves as a Consultant with Obededom Network Limited and Adeleke Oluwakemi E & Co (Chartered Accountants), where he continues to deliver strategic financial solutions, audit oversight, tax advisory, and compliance support for diverse clients.
